弊所ではあらゆる在留資格を取り扱っておりますが、その中でよくいただく質問が、「配偶者VISAって結婚したら自動的にもらえるんじゃないの？」です🤔
とてもとても心苦しいのですが、、、配偶者VISAは、「結婚しただけ」ではもらえません！😭💦
配偶者VISAを申請するためには、申請書の他に、ご夫婦の馴れ初めやご親族の情報などを詳細に記載する「質問書」、本国から発行される「結婚証明書」、出会ってから今日までのご夫婦のお写真やメッセージ履歴など、提出しなくてはならない資料がとても多いです。
また、ご夫婦の収入やお住まいの状況、お付き合いを始めてから結婚されるまでの経緯なども、詳細に説明をして証明する必要があります
手続きが煩雑な理由は様々ありますが、「偽装結婚」や、それに伴う不法な在留を防ぐことが１番の目的であると思います。
逆に言えば！
偽装ではなく真に愛し合う本当のご夫婦であれば、しっかりと説明文書や疎明資料を提出すれば許可になり得るVISAであるともいえます！🤗✨
