In simple terms, this status of residence means:
💡 “A visa to live in Japan through marriage.”
⚠️ A very common misunderstanding!
“If I submit a marriage registration, I can live in Japan, right?”
👉 No ❌
Submitting a marriage registration alone does not allow you to live in Japan 🙅♂️🙅♀️
📄 You must apply to Immigration
(the Immigration Services Agency of Japan), and
✅ only after receiving approval can you legally live in Japan ✨
