🚫 Fraudulent (False) Applications Are Not Allowed!

Hello 🌞
I’m Hiroshi Kawana, a certified immigration lawyer (Gyoseishoshi) 👨‍💼✍️

We never know when the waves will stop 🌊, but until then, I’ll keep going🔥!

In my last article, I mentioned that examinations can sometimes result in very close, borderline judgments 🤔.
But the most important thing is… don’t lie ❌

It sounds obvious, but many people fail to keep this “obvious” rule.

“Everyone else is doing it.” 😅
“My friend got approved that way.” 😏

But here’s the truth: one lie leads to another. A small falsehood will eventually seep through everything 💥

⚖️ The Risks of False Applications
If you make false statements, you may be charged with crimes such as:

  • Fraudulent Acquisition of Residence Status

  • Aiding and Abetting Fraudulent Acquisition of Residence Status for Profit

🚨 But even before the law gets involved, the core truth remains: a lie is still a lie. Lies don’t last 🙅‍♂️

💎 Authenticity Shines
Your friend’s shortcut may look enviable for a moment, but it fades in just a few months ⏳.
What truly matters is the shine you already carry within yourself ✨

No matter how cloudy the weather, a diamond is still a diamond 💎
An imitation stone will never sparkle, no matter how much you polish it.

So, put away the fakes and show your true self with confidence 🙌

📢 In Closing
The same applies to us professionals.
Fraud is never acceptable 🚫

But helping you bring out and highlight your genuine value—that is where we can truly support you ✨

That is our work 💪🔥

See you next time!! 👋😊
